Terms of Service

By accessing or using MindReminder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms govern use of the web app, PWA, and mobile app.

These Terms are not a general consent to optional analytics or other processing. Where consent is needed, the separate controls and choices described in our Privacy Policy apply.

MindReminder provides reminders, Micro Habits, reflection-oriented features, AI-assisted text refinement, inspirational content, and optional friend sharing. Features may change, be unavailable, or be limited to protect the Service.

• Provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure.
• Use only an account you are authorised to use and notify us of suspected misuse.
• Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, or upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.
• Do not use the Service as a substitute for medical, psychological, crisis, legal, or financial advice.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give MindReminder the limited licence needed to store, display, sync, share at your direction, and process that content to provide the Service. Shared content can be seen by the selected friend.

AI output is generated assistance, may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and is not professional advice. Do not enter diagnoses, medication details, crisis information, or other health or sensitive personal information in reminders, reflections, sharing messages, contact messages, or AI-refinement fields. Review AI output before relying on it.

Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process, providers, international transfers, retention, rights, export, deletion, and the 16+ age rule. Our Cookie Policy explains essential storage and optional analytics consent.

You can withdraw optional analytics consent through the cookie control. Account deletion is available under Settings → Account. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace either action or any legally required consent.

You must be at least 16 to use MindReminder. We do not operate technical age verification or a parental-consent flow and do not knowingly invite children under 16 to create accounts. Do not share another person’s information or content without permission.

The Service and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery of reminders, notifications, AI results, or data availability, and no online service can promise absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindReminder is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend access for security, legal, or serious misuse reasons. You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Settings → Account. Deletion and provider backup timing are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the date; material changes may be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, but does not create consent for processing where separate consent is required.
